Two 2.3 MW gas-powered CHP units generate on-site electricity, heat, and process steam for fat rendering, refining, sterilization, and packaging—delivering precise thermal control for continuous operations.

With 4.6 MW total capacity, the system ensures stable, autonomous production across the facility, cuts energy costs, and supports stringent quality and safety standards.
