One 1.0 MW and four 2.3 MW gas-powered CHP units provide on-site electricity, heat, and process steam to support cutting, packaging, thermal processing, and sterilization with precise temperature control.

With 10.2 MW total capacity, the system ensures uninterrupted operations, lowers energy costs, and maintains strict hygiene standards through on-demand steam—even under volatile grid conditions.
