A compact CHP solution supplies electricity, heat, and process steam for Vatsak’s confectionery production site. The system ensures continuous energy access for thermal processing, packaging, and hygiene systems — boosting efficiency and production stability.

PROJECT DETAILS

2 units

Two 1.5 MW gas-powered CHP units provide on-site electricity, heat, and optional process steam to support preparation, cooking, packaging, and storage with precise temperature and hygiene control.

With 3.0 MW total capacity, the system boosts reliability, lowers energy costs, minimizes downtime, and insulates production from grid instability—ensuring uninterrupted confectionery operations.
